[PATCH 03/13] img/app: wayland-proxy-virtwl: move Wayland socket

I didn't realise this could be an absolute path outside of
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR.  This will make it much more convenient to run
services as different users, which isn't really
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR-friendly.
