When I run the Spectrum installer in QEMU, the in-VM and out-VM
mouse cursors lose sync with each other.  This makes it very
difficult to click the Terminal button at the top left.

The problem reproduces both under Fedora 42 (KVM, KWin Wayland)
and Qubes OS (Arch template, TCG, X11).
