The main problem with it is that it would make it difficult to switch away from Mailman, which I would like to do eventually since it doesn't seem well-maintained. (I think Hyperkitty *can* be used for non-Mailman lists, but I've never seen it done.) It's unlikely I'll get to switching any time soon anyway, but the more people get used to Hyperkitty the more difficult that would be. It feels like the local maximum is to keep it around while we're using Mailman for those who know it exists, without growing the set of people who might be unhappy if it went away. I do wish somebody would put together a prettier frontend for public-inbox. >>> +note: If you have the capacity to mirror the mailing list archives, pl= ease do! >>=20 >> Think this is worth the space? > I just kept that because the previous content appeared deliberate and=20 > made sense to me. I think it's probably not worth the space. --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iHUEARYKAB0WIQQGoGac7QfI+H5ZtFCZddwkt31pFQUCao/6bQAKCRCZddwkt31p FeJmAP9i2bAyOlht+V3XyWWgVpG0+mfQ2m8jJiyqzFQpXHnclgEAk0SOhjc2JwY1 k35jFzHIrfTsaa77gIIO3UefPQGFOgE= =eHRn -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=--
