How many exits did you try? Where were they located? I'm not
intentionally blocking Tor, but I'm aware of at least one routing issue
I can't do anything about: about 50% of internet connections in Russia,
and some in neighbouring countries, are unable to reach my server's IPv4
address, because Arelion isn't letting traffic to it through. It's
specifically that address, not the whole block. Since I'm not an
Arelion customer, there's not much I can do about it — the only way it
could be resolved would be for somebody who can't access it through
their ISP to complain to their ISP, and for their ISP to complain to
their upstream, up the chain until it reaches Arelion. I do plan to
migrate away from that server entirely within the next year though, so
when that's done it will at least pass the issue on to whoever happens
to next be assigned this IP address…
